Joining the modular synth world in 2020, just before the global lockdown, Ray quickly immersed himself in the complex and exciting landscape of Eurorack. This hands-on journey sparked his dedication to both the technical and creative sides of the industry. At MEGA Modular Corp, Ray plays a crucial role in product development, contributing to everything from engineering and board layout design to sourcing parts and managing project timelines. His comprehensive approach ensures that the company consistently delivers high-quality, innovative products while maintaining practical considerations around pricing, manufacturability, and market trends.

Ray’s contributions extend beyond engineering; his strategic thinking and ability to foster collaboration within the MEGA Modular community have helped shape the company's collaborative culture.
